Hamble Club
Hamble Club serves the village of Hamble-le-Rice as a private members’ club affiliated with the Club and Institute Union. The premises provide a central space for recreational pursuits and social interaction among those who join.

Pool tables accommodate casual play and league matches on Tuesdays and Thursdays, while three dart boards host a mixed team playing Monday nights.

Several dedicated sections cater to specific interests. A weekly gathering known as the Hamble Monday Club offers company, tea, and light activities for those over 50. Poker players meet on Thursday evenings for informal games. Karate instruction runs classes for children on Mondays and adults on Thursdays.
Additional groups reflect varied hobbies. The scooter club welcomes riders of all types for rides and camaraderie. A sea angling section organises outings around the Solent, competing against other clubs and earning trophies. These sections operate from the club base, drawing participants who value structured yet relaxed involvement.
Members may book the premises for private functions. The main hall holds up to 200 guests, suitable for celebrations or memorials.
Entertainment adds to the programme. Saturday evenings often centre on dance nights with live bands or DJs performing classic and contemporary tracks. The club also arranges family events, children’s parties, and occasional karaoke throughout the year.
A skittle alley complements the space, and catering arrangements can be made through the club. Bookings require membership status, ensuring events align with club guidelines.
